Lyon Village Computer offers the following repair services for your computer. For more information or to arrange for an appointment, please contact us.

• On-site: For time-critical, quick, or convenient repairs, customers may opt to have service completed on site at the time of the appointment.  The standard repair charge for on-site service is $35 per hour (or portion thereof).*
• In-shop: For repairs that might take longer or that are not time-critical, customers (or the Lyon Village Computer technician) may opt to have them performed at Lyon Village Computer.  The standard charge for in-shop service is $25 per hour (or portion thereof) including free pick-up of the computer for service and drop-off after repair.*
• Remote Support: Your Lyon Village Computer technician can connect to your PC over the internet and perform software troubleshooting and maintenance then and there for the low price of $25 per hour (or portion thereof), plus a one-time $10 connection fee.
• Parts: Using special relationships with a wide variety of manufacturers and distributors, Lyon Village Computer can oftentimes offer steep discounts on quality replacement parts for your computer.  Standard service charges listed above apply.

of parts. Lyon Village Computer reserves the right to refuse to
complete certain types of repairs either on-site or in-shop depending
upon expected complexity and completion time.
