Get Remote Support

N.B. Only attempt a Remote Support Connection if you have scheduled an appointment with a Lyon Village Computer technician.

First, download the small remote support application by clicking here.

Next, When prompted by your computer, please select either "Run" or "Open."

Windows or your Firewall may tell you that the program is unsafe, this is normal. Please select "Allow," "Unblock," etc... The program is safe.

Once you see the "Lyon Village Computer Remote Support" application on screen, please click "Connect."

You should soon be connected to a Lyon Village Computer Technician.
